Extracts from a Parish Register Relating to the Trotman Family, 1636–1719

Description

Single-sheet manuscript extract, in a contemporary cursive hand, transcribing entries from a parish register "comenced from 1636" relating to the Trotman family. The sheet is folded, with old creases, and torn along the right margin with loss affecting the ends of several lines.
Entries transcribed include:

Alice Trotman, daughter of Anthony Trotman and Mary his wife, baptised 1 April 1651.
Samuel Trotman, son of Anthony Trotman [and Mary], baptised 19 December 1652.
Mr Edward Pyle of [?Vallop / Lallop] and Mrs Mary Trotman, daughter of Mr Anthony Trotman of this parish, married 19 January 1662.
Mrs Mary Trotman, wife of Mr Anthony Trotman, buried 23 December 1678.
Anthony Trotman, gent., buried October [year obscured by tear].
Mr Robert Burton and Mrs Abigail [Trotman?], married 17 October 1694.
Mr Anthony Trotman, buried April [year obscured by tear].
The Revd Mr Nathaniel Trotman, buried 25 February 1719.
